In real estate, the end of the Summer marks the close of the busiest season. However, our agents know this is not a signal that real estate services are done for the year. Thanks to them, many people were able to knowledgeably and skillfully navigate this real estate market to very successful outcomes.
Shorewest is proud to announce that one of our largest community projects, our Habitat for Humanity home in Waukesha, has finally been completed! Shorewest originally sponsored this beautiful duplex as a part of our 75th anniversary celebration in 2021 and has been working on the project ever since. In early September, we were honored to be a part of a key hand-off ceremony, in which the incredibly deserving and hard-working recipients of these homes celebrated their new status as homeowners. Shorewest is proud to be able to give back to the communities that we love in any way that we can. We look forward to continuing with our community outreach programs through the end of this year and for many more years to come!
